Refund policy

Trou My Nou provides advertising and listing services to wedding suppliers.

Subscription fees are charged in advance and are non-refundable once a listing has been activated.

Cancellation of a subscription will prevent future billing but will not entitle the supplier to a refund for the current billing period.

Trou My Nou does not process payments for services provided by third-party suppliers. Any refunds relating to wedding services purchased from suppliers must be arranged directly with the supplier concerned.
